Cousteau's Shark-Shaped Submarine

A single diver controls the cameras (shown at far left in yellow) and pilots Fabien Cousteau's shark-shaped sub.

As this diagram shows, the contraption is more of a costume than a vehicle—complete with wagging tail for propulsion. And the pilot is as much diving as he is driving. The interior is filled with water, and all breathing is done scuba-style but with rebreathers, equipment that eliminates bubbles that might blow the diver's cover.
