NASA's New Spaceship: Mission to the Moon

A cargo rocket, designed for carrying heavy loads such as the new lunar lander (shown at top left), will be launched using larger versions of the space shuttle's rocket boosters and the equivalent of five of the space shuttle's main engines. Once in Earth's orbit, the lunar lander will dock with the crew capsule before heading to the moon.
