J|rgen Burkhardt's unstyled mustache measures five feet (one and a half meters) from tip to tipabout five years' growth. Every day the 48-year-old German photographer washes his whiskers three times. Above, he applies hairspray to secure his mustache's curves. He spends about 30 minutes grooming it every morning.
