Studded with semiprecious stones, this crown was found on the head of King Tutankhamun's mummified body and was probably worn by the pharaoh in life.
The last time treasures from Tutankhamun’s tomb were displayed in the U.S. was during a seven-city tour from 1976 to 1979, which attracted some eight million visitors.
The exhibition is on display from November 4, 2004, through May 1, 2005, at the Kunst- und Ausstellungshalle (Art and Exhibition Hall of the Federal Republic of Germany) in Bonn, Germany
