The Russells continue to be thankful for their time spent with the Bawas and how it has altered their lives, much as the Palmer family were after their stay with the Orgubas of Kenya (series pilot). "I want the Bawas to know that our visit with them was such an emotional, rich, and rewarding time—that we did not just come and experience that with them and leave without having any more thoughts of them," Lynne said. "I think of them almost daily."

The Worlds Apart season continues Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/ 9 p.m. PT in October with the Thurman family from Oakton, VA, and their experiences in Papua New Guinea with the Tobwenina family (Monday, October 13), and the Rappys from Katonah, NY, and their stay with the Rathore family of India (Monday, Oct 20). Check Channel programming guide for detailed scheduled.
