Lloyd Arneach, from Asheville, North Carolina is a member of the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Tribe, "I have running water, indoor plumbing...two computers and 165 horses," said Arneach. Arneach mentions that people ask how he can have so many horses. "They're all outside, in the parking lot, under my Ford Explorer."
